Shipping & Returns

Shipping
- Where we ship: within the United States.
- Processing time: orders ship within 1–3 business days. Every pack is printed and checked in the USA before it leaves.
- Cost: free standard shipping on orders placed on yard2cart.com and shipped within the US.
- Tracking: you'll get an email with the tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Orders placed on eBay follow the shipping options shown on that eBay listing.
Returns
If something isn't right, tell us. You can return unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price.
- Email info@yard2cart.com with your order number before sending anything back.
- Once we receive the return, we issue the refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Damaged or wrong item
If a divider arrives broken or you got the wrong model, email us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement at no cost — no need to return the damaged item.
eBay orders
Returns for purchases made on eBay are handled through eBay's return process, under the policy shown on the listing.
